The location feels old. You should really go to Great Wall Supermarket on Rockville Pike. Or to H Mart in Gaithersburg. The prices are slightly lower here than H Mart but the variety is less. The freshness and variety at Great Wall Supermarket are still the best in the region. If you want sushi items though, H Mart would still be best. We did find slightly strange princess pinatas here though

Horrible Customer Service. We bought box of clementines, which were posted to reduced price. But at the checkout they charged old price. When we found out this at home, tried calling to store. The person answering call was talking in other language not known to me. So decided to go back to store. The lady at customer service was so rude. She behaved like this couldn't be true. When I stated the sign for reduced price is still there, then she agreed. But then she rudely told me, for any refund you have to get product there. I think on receipt I give to you, it clearly shows what product I bought for what price. Come on, I am here because of your mistake. At least try to be polite. Not like I am there to rob you. And beware customers of expiry dates on products you buying. Many times found expired products. And check products all the sides. Cheese block on the shelf was looking good, but picked to see fungus on other side.

Has the most selection out of all the Asian grocery in the five mile radius. Also the cleanest and most organized. The Korean restaurant in the food court is also very tasty. It's a little more expensive than the other Asian grocery in the area. But the quality seems to be higher as well.

Bad customer service , came to return a product that was smelling bad and was not good. And the woman from the customer service said "you probably dont like it" ...she did not let us refund it . BAD SERVICE!!!!

They have a variety of ingredients. Most things are usually fresh and everything is always well organized. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
