One of the best campgrounds i have ever stayed at. No outside wood fires allowed so the air is clear and not smokey. RV sites are clean with plenty of space between you and your neighbors. Very quite so getting some sleep is not a problem. Would definitely stay here again! Friendly and helpful staff with excellent showers, bathrooms, and laundry. Only drawback is not much of a store to buy supplies.

This is the rudest campground you will ever find. They advertised a playground, activities and a pool. The pool was filled in years ago, there is nothing to do there, no activities and the playground is a broken down wood structure. The public comes in and uses the laundry so most times you can't use it. The owners are like dictators and most people that have lived there for years have left since the new owners came about 3 years ago. Not worth the money and you get to listen to gun fire from the shooting range next door. If you want to camp where it is run by control freaks then this would be the place for you. The only thing good is it is in Gig Harbor.

Never stayed here but just wondering why you only reply to reviews that are good and don't comment on ones that that are not good just wondering. Trying to find a place to put my rv but I want to know all pros and cons.

My husband and I moved to Gig Harbor from out of state. We lived at this resort for about 8 months and it was a wonderful experience! The workers were always friendly and helpful, and it is very well kept up. The clubhouse/laundry facilities were always clean, and the owners were always making improvements to the park. It is in a convenient location and a beautiful rv park!

Facilities- Its a nicely maintained location, facilities are clean including laundry facilities and showers. Laundry facilities can be busy during peak times you may need to determine non peak times when machines are not busy to do your laundry. Cost can be considered a bit high- Especially for those on fixed budgets, expect to pay more then other full time RV resorts in Western WA; but again it is clean and nicely maintained. If on a tight budget be aware before hand of the charges so there's no surprises when you pay. Internet- If you rely on the internet they provide included in RV space rental cost, be prepared to experience slow connectivity with possibility of internet connection disconnecting, hanging up frequently even during non peak times. If you have your own hot spot you'll probably want to bring it. I've found I cannot do any type of work related to my job at my RV space where I need internet connectivity luckily my employer has been understanding its an issue where this resort is located. (Added- its a Sunday morning and I cannot even get through entering my tax return to efile it to me if a business advertises free wi-fi as an amenity included in your RV space rental one should be able to enter and efile their personal tax return, this is very frustrating.) Cellular coverage- Depending on your cellular carrier you may experience some spotty coverage where this resort is located. Direct TV-They offer cable that you connect through a coaxial type cable line. Provider is Direct TV; I've found it hard to find a TV guide online that provides you a listing of what is playing, one will have to flip through channels to determine what is on the cable channels. And most channels the picture is not clear, grainy, snow like picture quality I know others have experienced similar issues with the cable. Water pressure - I was not going to mention anything but did see others posted they too experienced issues with low water pressure. I have noticed issues with water pressure from time to time, I had thought there was an issue with the bathroom shower in my RV but now I'm not sure if it may be due to intermittent low water pressure.
