Giglio Plumbing Co, located in Shreveport, LA, was established in 1921 by Sam Giglio. He was proud to provide quality plumbing service and maintain a solid guarantee on the work. We have been family owned and operated for 90 years and strive to give the same quality that our company was founded on. We have proudly served generations of our Shreveport, Louisiana community. I called Giglio Plumbing around 8 am. My plumber showed up around close too 11ish and went straight too work. Fixing every problem I had , he even did extra work that I didn't call in about . Of course the price went up but it was very reasonable still 🤗. I'm very happy that I chose to go with them . Thankfully they was referred to me by a customer at my job . I couldnt be more satisfied with the results. Thanks Mr.Jeff I'll be calling Again Soon for more work 😊 & I Normally don't do this Reviews but he deserves a shout out ♥️

They arrived quickly to my house for an estimate on installing a new tub and fixtures. Reasonable prices to say the least. They said to call as soon as we got the tub and would be out within the next day or two to install. Sounds great, right? That was nothing but a JOKE little did I know. I called them on Friday at 5:00 to say we bought the tub. They scheduled me for Tuesday to come out and do the job. Although the lady assured me it would definitely be that Monday as their schedule showed they had the time for it as long as they didn't get backed up on a job. No show, no call on Monday. I called them and they said will be out to my house on Tuesday. No show, no call on Tuesday; called and said they will be out Wednesday and that they were very short handed today. Again I was assured they will be out to do the job on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and no show or no call. They said I was on the schedule for tomorrow (Thursday). Completely FALSE! The lady on the phone tried telling me "Mr. Giglio" never heard back from me so they rescheduled the job to Thursday. After that I had enough with the constant rescheduling and B.S. that went along with it. 3x this place burned me with no shows and I definitely didn't trust for them to show the next day. Very unprofessional! Thank you for absolutely nothing Giglio Plumbing except for wasting my time.

This area has experienced some below freezing temperatures, and I guess there are a lot of busted pipes in the area right now...good for plumbers. So, I came home to a busted pipe, water spewing everywhere, & my first reaction, while I looked for the water shut-off, was to Google local plumbers. Giglio was the first that popped up, so I called. I said, "I need a plumber," and the lady laughed at me and replied, "I bet you do." Real classy. NOT!! I maintained my patience & said, "water is spewing everywhere." She said "we won't get to it today," instead of trying to help me with my problem and telling me when they actually could and/or what I should do in the meantime (I understand being busy & overwhelmed). I called another plumber who was also tied up all day. Long story short, I figured it out myself and probably saved hundreds; but, I have no idea what sort of quality work or prices Giglio produce & charge, but I would only call them as a last resort, due to their rude & insensitive behavior.

My home was built in the 1970s, and during a recent cold snap, we suffered three water line breaks in our 2nd floor, all well after working hours.  Giglio Plumbing came late at night and repaired the leaks within an hour.  Outstanding plumbers, I would recommend them to everyone.

We had a sewage pipe separate under the addition to our house and called 3 other plumbers out to fix it. After waiting for 2 weeks and no one showed up, someone recommended Giglio. I called them and they were at my house within 45 minutes. This was late in the afternoon on a Saturday. The technician crawled under the building and fixed it in no time. He was real friendly and had a great sense of humor. He did a great job. I would recommend Giglio but to anyone.
