Called due to a root problem that a local plumbing company had failed to correct. Mark from Roto Rooter came out and took his time to actually fix the issue instead of band aiding it. He sent a camera down to inspect the pipes, saw additional roots, and performed another cleaning. Well worth it to call this company.

Roto Rooter unclogged a nasty shower clog for me, where I was having sewage backflow. 

They sent a professional to my house that very day and he quickly and cleanly solved the problem for a fair price, and offered a six-month warranty that gives me peace of mind after the fact.

Seriously, I recommend these guys. They're fast and fairly-priced.

My drain pipe kept clogging up and I didn't know exactly what caused it to clogs up. Every time it clogs up, I called the plumber out and couldn't find the source of the problem. I have to keep on paying a plumber to run a snake through my drain pipe to fix it temporary. Mike kept his word and he came back to my home after a business hour and run a camera through my drain pipe and he was able to find the caused of the problem and gave me the cost to repair the drain pipe and was being straight forward about it.

Mike really took his time and go beyond the extra mile to find out what caused my drain pipe to clogs up. Mike didn't leave my home almost 9:00p.m. I was a happy customer when he left my home and I would strongly recommend my friends and family for business in the future. I know that there is a lot of complaint about Roto-Rooter Plumbing, but one thing you got to keep in mind that each Roto-Rooter Plumbing is independently owned. 👍👍👍

Marcus was very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. He explained everything he was doing and provided helpful tips. I will not hesitate to call the next time I need service.
