Ever since the dawn of the bicycle, someone has been listening to down tempo electronica at the corner of Bullard and College street in downtown Silver City. In 1986 a super hip Indianapolite named Jack Brennan decided to blend downtempo music, downtown silver city and two wheeled pedaling action and KA POW! The Gila Hike and Bike was born.
Specializing in everything from high-end Trek Project One masterpieces to walmart flat repair, we turn nobody down and strive to offer the best customer service and mechanical knowledge in the land.
Primarily a Trek store, we hold accounts with Moots, Santa Cruz, Yeti, Raleigh, Cervelo, Shimano and QBP to name but a few. So if you find yourself with a cycling itch you can't scratch, you should see a doctor, and he'll tell you to get your rear end down to the Gila Hike and Bike, pull up a chair, drink some espresso and see what those crazy bastards can do for you!
