I took three bikes in, my wife’s and both my daughters bikes for new tubes at noon. 4 1/2 hours later I came back to pick them up on my way home from work and I found the guy who was supposed to be putting tubes in our bikes sitting on my wife’s bike shooting the breeze with another employee. I approached him and told him I was there to pick up the bikes. He said he only got my wife’s bike done and had not begun on my daughters bikes. Maybe if he did his job when I asked him to he would have gotten them done. Seriously? I can change the tubes in a bike in 10 min flat without a professional setup. These guys have no drive at all. They just want to hang around all day and talk bikes with one another. If you come in they look at you like your interrupting them. I ended up leaving the bikes there and said I would pick them up the following day. When they opened I called the shop to see if they were done and they said they couldn’t fix one of the bikes, and needed a new rim on the other. I approved the repair and indicated I wanted to pick them up after lunch. They said they would call when they were done. 30 min before they closed I called to check the status and they still hadn’t gotten to it. Long story short, this place is lazy and they could care less about making a customer happy. Don’t be fooled by the other reviews posted by their buddies. Steer clear!

I have been doing business with Outdoor Adventures now since early 2008. We recently picked up a new bike for my son, and as normal, Pablo and the team were great! Pablo has been there for as long as I have been doing business with them. He takes the time to get to know you, and must have a better memory than me! He always remembers me, even if it's months between times I go in for something. If they are busy, just give them try and trust me, the service is worth any wait! Every customer gets the best service possible! If you need a bike, service, parts, or anything outdoor related, seriously consider giving Outdoor Adventures your first call. They are the only local store to carry Trek, and that is the brand I've grown to trust and love for it's proven reliability. Trek and Outdoor Adventures go hand in hand!

My man Don is the truth! This is a great bike shop! Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and willing to help. My friends and I were just passing through town on a coast to coast tour, talking with the staff while fixing up our bikes was definitely a highlight on the trip. Highly recommended!

Everyone has helped me out. I bought my son his first bike - bought one for me then picked one for my sister. Now we are heading back for 3 more bikes. They are so great to work with and pricing is fair. Plus the first year you take your bike for tune ups!
