Gilbert court has really disappointed me today. In the past I have had nothing but good to say about them but they have just completely ruined that with me. So I have a fine that I was not able to pay on for about three months and I call them today to check on the letter that I sent the judge three months ago when I came into financial hardships. when I called the guy notified me that “my fine was not into default and that my license were not suspended because my documents were basically lost during filing but sense I call them (to do the right thing)  and notified them ghat I’d be paying on Friday which is 4 days away that he would be placing my account into collections and suspending my license” I think this is completely unfair given the fact that i sent a letter notifying them of my situation and especially because the only reason this is happening is because I called to make a payment. Anyone who thinks logically would not find this okay and there is no way that they find this okay either and if they do that shows you the kind of system they are.  I love law enforcement and the judicial system but when this happens it really makes you second guess the people working behind the counters.

The town of Gilbert is corrupt! All of their officers are nickel and diming all of the hard working citizens of Arizona of minor traffic infractions instead of stopping felony speeders and the real criminals. My wife was driving with the flow of traffic in a 45MPH zone doing 50MPH and if she would have slowed down, the threatening Officer would have pulled her over for impeding traffic, so it's a catch 22. These bastards all need a thorough investigation into their practices, especially since these cops are always willing to throw out so called charges as long as we accept what they say is our fault. If you aren't going to stop real crimes, then maybe you should all become traffic cops and take a big fat pay cut and leave the real police work to the upstanding officers of the LAW.

This is the only court that will not work with you. I got a speeding ticket and went to court and I choose the option to take traffic school because I didn't want it on my record... Shortly after I lost my job and was unemployed for 2 1/2 months, barely was able to come up with rent money and only ate dollar store food. I finally landed a job but was after my cutoff date to have the class taken or pay the fine in full. I went to file a motion in hopes that the judge would understand and give me a chance for a payment arrangement sure enough it was denied... He said "she shouldn't have picked traffic school if she couldn't afford it". Well I wish I would have known I was going to loose my job... These people could care less if you have a roof too live under and food to eat.
