I had some work done on a bicycle but found the couple there to be rude and short with me. 6 months later due to convenience I went to buy a new tire and again I was treated rude....I will not be doing business there again.

THESE CLOWNS DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT BIKES...AND THEYE ARE THIEVES. .. paid for my cranks to be installed. ..they couldn't get them on correctly, so i asked for a refund, he told me NO......and that my bike was cheap and to get out of his shop...THAT SHOP IS A COMPLETE JOKE...clowns running a business. ..👎

I had a very unpleasant experience today . I went to have my bike checked out and he immediately told me it needed a tune-up. I had just purchased the bike two days prior from a different bike store . He immediately told me to take it back to where I got it from and then I inquired about buying a new bike for my husband and the first thing he said was the cheapest bikes are $400. I told him that I did not ask him which bike was the cheapest and then he said well the bikes ran from 400 to 700 and wouldn't even show me any of them so he assumed that I was unable to afford the bike. Then he said that the current bike that I had was cheap . I will never go back again and I would not refer anybody. I live in the neighborhood and I cycle all the time,  but the customer service was extremely poor and very tactless in my opinion. Will never visit this business

After just buying a bike from gilberts bicycle I would say both experiences were nothing but pleasant. The man behind the counter asked me whatbi was looking for and helped show me what he had available. He even gave me a small discount on the bike I had choosen. I payed and after his son gave it a quick shine they helped me stuff it in my 4 door sedan. Seemed like they had done that before. I will definitely be bringing them my buisness again
