The folks at Triathlon LAB are great to work with and very accommodating to my schedule. They helped get my biked shipped back to the Midwest in short order for a training camp, they built up my bike when I had it shipped out here after relocating from Chicago, and they are always super helpful when I drop in to buy random stuff. I'm happy to live so close to this place and look forward to a long relationship with them as long as I'm out here!

Got the shop 5 minutes before 7pm on a Friday I wanted to replace the rear tire and buy wetsuit cause Saturday was the event. I normally have my size down. I was very conscientious about the time so I was willing to risk it and pay it with out trying in it..NERI insisted on me trying it and making sure it fitted. He was so concerned that it fitted right that we ended up leaving the shop around 8pm.. Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE.. This guy's are the best..

My wife and i are doing the Long Beach triathlon tomorrow and we needed a couple of wetsuits because ours were damaged as well as some bicycle items. We barely made it 10 min before the store closed and drove 40 min to get there. We each were going to purchase a new wetsuit and wanted to try them on real quick and the manager or owner told us very rudely no we couldn't try anything on. Even with 5 minutes left and he new the triathlon was tomorrow. We then we're trying to grab a couple bike shorts at least and before we could even pic them he said we needed to leave. Totally screwed us and themselves out of at least 7-800 bucks. This guy was as rude and pushy as they come. What a jerk!

Really nice Store, the guy's that work there are really gentle , I bought trusuit and some stuff for my bike, the gave me pretty good típs , to perform my bike and about bikes. Thanks!!
