Staff doesn't know anything and was not very helpful. I went in to look at some mountain bikes, I was the only customer. After a couple minutes the man at the register asked if I had any questions and I said I did, so he sent a kid over to talk to me and said he knew all about the mountain bikes. That was a lie, I knew more than that kid and the kid himself later admitted he didn't know much and knew more about road bikes. When the kid came over he was on his phone and barely talked to me until I told him to put his phone away. But he wasn't any help anyway and couldn't answer any questions. A mechanic came over to put a bike in the rack and even be didn't know the different level of components. This whole time the guy by the register, 10 feet away, who supposedly knew more, never came over to help. Don't go here if you actually want to learn anything about bikes, they know nothing and are useless. Find a real bike store that knows there stuff. I know I won't be going back.

This bike shop has done nothing but give me trouble. I brought my bike in a few months ago to buy a tire pump. First of all, they sold me a tire pump that doesn't even fit on the valves of my tires. Either they don't know what they're selling or they didn't care to make some bucks off me and give me a $40 pump I cannot even use. Second of all, one of the technicians commented on a noise my bike was making near the brakes and tires. He mentioned it would be good to have my bike recalibrated because whoever set my bike up did it wrong and my brakes where constantly hitting my tires. I couldn't have it done then and there so I returned a few weeks later just to come back the next day and have to pick it up bc it DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING. What a waste of my time. This place sucks. These people don't know what they are doing.

My store of last resort ( they do have a lot of stuff in-stock ) , but you have to put up with being belittled and treated rudely ( Note:They're not bike snobs like some other High end bike shop folks, just under trained and unhappy ). I always check their online stock, but they still only have the item 50% of the time. That said and not trying to be racist, if you do go look for one of the two Asian dudes that have been there for years. Good Luck Edit to this review: The rude treatment by this retailer is echoed by the parent company Performance Bicycle. I sent them a message about the treatment I received and didn't even get a "Sorry About That" robo letter.

This place is total rip off please do not go their. I took three bites for minor repairs they were asking me $100. I took to another place in gardena they charged me only $8 yes $8. Fixed all three in 15 mints. 1029 W Gardena Blvd, Gardena, CA 90247
