I had the pleasure of working with Bob and Brittany from Modern Family Insurance Agency while shopping our commercial auto insurance.  We were shopping our commercial auto through two other agents in addition to Modern Family.  I felt as though Bob and Brittany were the only agents that actually tried to save me money.  Bob and Brittany kept me informed during the process and made it extremely easy.  They also offered multiple discounts to make our premium lower.  Modern Family was by far the easiest to work with and offered the best quotes.  I am happy to say that we have now switched all of our insurances to Modern Family and look forward to a long lasting relationship.

Bob, Joyce and the entire office provide excellent customer support. i am always grateful for how quickly and professionally they address all of my insurance needs and questions. I switched to Modern Family Insurance over 10 years ago when I was dissatisfied with the service and rates I was receiving from my previous insurance agency. Excellent people, products and service.

Bob and his entire staff always go above and beyond. They take the time to explain everything and are never too busy to answer any question for me. They will always seek out the best possible solution for each circumstance and I always feel that they have my back. Their customer service is simply exemplary.

The team at Modern Family Insurance just rock!!!  I was having trouble finding the right price and coverage I needed, Bob and his team just came through for me. I needed financing and the got me hook up with a great company. It all worked out for me. Thank you!!!
