It’s always a beautiful thing when you see great quality service orchestrated that everybody is on the same page the manager is not afraid to get involved they’re not pointers the doers...  food was awesome they give you more than enough very impressive place would highly recommend it.  Only downfall is I couldn’t give them six stars I didn’t see it 😀

We visited Ginger Sue's for breakfast, the omelette was excellent, the fried potatoes were great, the pancakes were very good and the service was fantastic. The pancakes had a very good flavor, they were just a little more dense than I typically like them. I would not recommend the decaf coffee although the regular coffee was pretty good. The serving sizes were large and gave us plenty to eat. I will definitely plan on returning again.

Terrific place to eat.  Reminds me of First Watch but much better food.

We had great service, and I'd give 5 stars except the waitress answered an allergy question off the cuff rather than asking someone who could give an appropriate answer and that's never a good thing in the food industry.  Luckily mine isn't life threatening.  I'll be back.  =)

Our new favorite for breakfast! The service is phenomenal, enthusiastic and friendly  from our waitress  to the manager who stopped by  to make sure everything was okay. Superior to any restaurant we've been to in a long time. The food was good, nice selection, a few fresh twists on choices and served with little wait.

One of the best breakfast places in the KC area.  Service is five star as well as everything I have tried. I have had breakfast and lunch and everything has been super.  They are very crowded on the weekends so you could have a wait.  Wish there were several more in the area replacing some of the other breakfast places like First Watch.
