My family and I went for Pizza at Giordano's last evening.  The pizza and appetizers were absolutely delicious!  We had excellent service  by Matt and a wonderful evening. This was our first visit as we are from Plymouth, Indiana.  We will definitely return!!!

Ordered online for the next day, got a notice my time was changed for the current day??! Called to correct it. Was told that they couldn't find the order and they frequently get sent to the wrong locations. Corrected everything. Still the order never came the next day. Indy store was rude and only passed the buck to a call center and corporate. Zero effort to correct. Will NEVER order again. Downtown has too many great options that have their business together 😀

Amazing pizza , my server was extremely friendly and helpful  even joked about how  no one ever finishes a whole pizza  and after I  ordered and got mine  found out why,  the cheese  had to be some of the best I've had in this city,  if you come thinking its going to be like  the typical  pizza place  you will be wrong. The crust is about  a quarter inch thick  and serves as s base to hold all of the delicious toppings inside  the sauce  is a thick / crushed  almost pureed tomato sauce  with a slight  sweet taste  to it  the cheese  is 💯 legit  that was the best. Mozzarella cheese pull  I've ever seen,  Papa Johns, Pizza Hut  and domino's  need to get on this level,  the toppings inside  were cooked to perfection  tender but had a crunch to the veggies  and the  sausage was amazing ,

TL; DR : if you are thinking about coming,  stop hesitating.

Food is almost always great.  Service can be very hit and miss at lunch time, even when the place is not very busy.  If possible, ask for Heather, she ALWAYS takes great care of us!
