Everything here is delicious. The pizza sandwich is my favorite but the meatball sub is really good and so is the chicken salad. Their bread is really good and I imagine everything on their menu is really good. I do think their customer service could improve a bit though. It's one of those places where u better be ready to go with your order without too many questions because if your not the sandwich makers just kinda stare at you like your an idiot or they're an idiot or something.

Our office has placed multiple orders with Potbelly and, while our co-workers love the food, they have yet to arrive with the full order and/or the correct order. Unfortunately, I believe today was their last chance and we will not be ordering from them again in the future. You would think that large orders with multiple items would be double-checked for accuracy so that they WOULD get return customers but I guess being downtown, they are busy enough that they do not care if they lose large customers.

I had never heard of Potbelly Sandwiches but I was down town for a meeting and needed to go to the bank on the circle. I walked passed it, went to the bank and stopped in on the way back and was so glad I did. The sandwiches were wonderful, very good. Just wish the had Pepsi products!

A good place for sandwich lunch downtown Indy that has a great very busy but efficient blue collar vibe with plenty of great staff and service! A good place to sit down with a couple of friends!

Great customer service, food was prepared quickly. Selection was good but not abundant. Quality was great. The Mac and Cheese is tasty!
