The only reason I'm not giving less that 1 star is simply because it won't let me.  We arrived a tad before opening time at 7, so we waited in our vehicle.  Upon 715 rolling around we attempted to go in only to learn it was still locked.  We assumed she was running behind which happens I understand.  Upon entering the vehicle she opened the store door and asked if we were waiting on something.  I answered, "Breakfast".  She replied, "you ain't getting no breakfast sitting there the lobby don't open til 9." No where on the building does it say that.  Simply unprofessional and rude.

This Taco Bell has always been on the slow side, but wow they need to get it together. My recent visit consisted of me waiting at the drive through (only 1 other car there and like nobody inside) for 30+ minutes. I️ finally honked my horn to get somebody’s attention. They hadn’t even started my order... I’m just very confused as to what they do in there because it’s definitely not their job... The woman at the window said it was a bad day and I’m sure it was but it seems like this kind of stuff always happens there.

Very rude service. I arrived at 9:40pm on a Saturday night and waited 20 minutes to get someone's attention and tell them that I was waiting to order while someone before me was waiting for their food. Ignored by several employees several times. Once I finally got someone's attention, they told me that I would have to wait in the long drive through line if I wanted to order since it was after 10pm even though I was waiting there before 10.

Today I experienced the most delightful service with my delicious 4 crunchy Tacos @ Taco Bell on Indiana Ave. Special thanks to Jasmine, Jeanelle & Brandi's for their 5 Star Pleasant service. Your Team deserves a "Customer service Bonus Cash (($$$)) Award". We all know how bad most fast food service can be...but Team Jasmine, Jeanelle & Brandi's was very impressive today.This Taco Bell location Rock's!!!
