Took an expensive and much loved pair of RM Williams in to be re-soled. I was a little nervous after reading a few of the reviews, but I have to say this was by far the best re-sole these boots have had in their 10 year life span. They look as good as new! Customer service was great and very reasonable rates and turnaround time. I will definitely be using again.

I was in town for a ballroom dance competition, and needed my dance shoes' suede bottoms replaced ASAP. Two pairs, they were $35-45 each ($80 total). I let them know I needed them done quickly, and they were ready within a day! Good quality work, and they even wished me good luck in the competition. Will definitely come back if I need something while I'm in the area.

Did a great job on the two pairs of shoes I brought in. One pair took a couple of days the other he fixed while I waited.

Quality of work was not aligned with price. These guys butcher shoes, you're better off going to a cobbler in manhattan.
