Their customer service is awful here. 

When I dropped off a pair of shoes last week, they were all professional - setting a pick up date, taking down my contact info, etc - but when I went to pick up the shoes, the lady told me they weren't ready and that I would have to come back tomorrow. Since we had agreed on today, I insisted and after a lot of whining, she took them to the back to fix. Five minutes later, she was back saying my shoes were too small to fix up. 

What exactly was the plan here? To keep putting off telling me she couldn't fix them? To not even look at them until I showed up again? And why do they collect our numbers if they won't call to say a job will be late or won't be done?

They did a shaft boot stretch for my Jimmy Choo's with ruched side stitching (challenging to do) in three days for a mere $9.  Their work was incredible and they were so very nice!  I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone needing a little more space for their calves :)
