I had a horrible experience. I was upsold without reason. The tuxedo I received had the wrong amount of cufflink buttons. The shoes I was given were the wrong size.

We came here to buy 4-6 shirts for my dad. This was the first time my dad was trying their shirts and the attendant was very rude and told us he couldn't try more than one shirt as he would need to fold them again and it's such a hassle - I would understand the rationale had we been there just to waste time and try out random shirts for the heck of. We basically walked out and they lost some good business because the attendant refused to understand our situation and stuck by "I'll be here all night folding these shirts". Fabulous customer service! They just lost my business.

Way too expensive to buy here honestly Nordstrom's rack has better choices and much nicer ones
