Great facility!  Clean, accessible, simple layout.  Awesome customer service!   Communication was wonderful.  I needed a unit pretty quick, they didn’t have the size I wanted but Susan got me into a different size and put me on the “waiting list” for the size I really need.  Within a couple weeks, she called and had it (two, actually) ready! 
It’s not easy to move in and out of storage units but because of the customer service, we are moving three large units from a competitor facility to Preferred on Justin Rd!  It’s a lot of work and a lot of hassle that we wouldn’t go through if we didn’t believe it is worth it!

Fantastic Staff always goes the extra mile either for storage or the Post Office.  Family friendly and very competitive.  Thanks for the help !

This place also has very poor surveillance my peppery was vandalized while in this storage due to my absence for over a week and once I returned I reported it only to find that their system only dated as far back as the days so there was no such evidence of such vandalizing. Come to find out at least three other individuals had been broken into and vandalized as well yet when we report the issue the storage personnel only reply that there have been no reports of such goings on for over ten years.  Wholly teeing to pack up and vacate the premises the owner has me criminally trespassed stating the he believes I'm living there,  my response was that I own three homes so why would I have the need to line on my storage,  I will be pulling my property out this week whether the owner well be contacted by my attorney litigating said facility for reimbursement of all damages to my peppery as well as the last two months fees.  Folks please take my advise and beware you can find better storage facilities anywhere by up to fifty dollars cheaper pet month so don't waste your time or money

I had a very short term storage problem which they accommodated over the phone.  Very nice people with no service issues at all.
