We are a family owned business and offer a Comprehensive HVAC Service in Saint Augustine. Glacier Heating and Air operates 24 hours a day, always ready to assist you with any heating and cooling needs you may have. We understand system breakdowns don’t only happen during normal business hours, so we never charge overtime rates. We are proud to offer a 10% discount to school board, county and government employees.

Our phone is always answered by a person, and should you call after our regular business hours, an owner will answer the phone, never an answering service. Our installs are first rate, always performed by at least one owner of the company to ensure absolute satisfaction. We offer routine maintenance programs to keep your equipment operating at its highest efficiency and reduce the likelihood of a system failure.

Super happy with the service provided by Glacier Heating and AC! Mike and Ed came out to my house and observed (without me mentioning it) that I don’t wear shoes in the house and they took their shoes off inside the house (whoa!), to give a second opinion as to why my temperature was running higher by 1-2 degrees. They called the next day with a fair estimate for replacing my evaporator coil after double checking the warranty on it by Trane. Ed just left my house after installing it seamlessly and my house is cool again! 

Their level of service is so rare these days. They are masters of their craft, call when they say they will, show up when they say they will, personable, and respect your space by taking their shoes off. I have to add that as a teacher, I enjoyed their use of metaphors to help explain the issue to me where I could understand it. Their office staff is also very polite and upbeat.

I was previously with another company for the last 8 years but got frustrated at how that company always sent inexperienced technicians to fix an issue (When I asked the other company if they could send me an experienced technician, they said that the newbie can call a more experienced technician if they get stuck - I was like, “What?” Then, I called Glacier). 

These Glacier guys know what they are doing! I am SO GLAD I chose them!

Excellent service as always. Very quick to respond to our service call when our AC stopped working. Derek diagnosed the issue and had the unit up and running within the hour. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. They are a top notch, honest, hardworking group with exceptional customer service (a rare thing to find these days).

I came down to my vacation home , and I contacted them about a estimate knowing my system was failing. They came out that day and gave me a fair and honest estimate discussing all my options. Since I was here for only a few days I expected to have to do it later when I could come back ! They arranged their schedule and was able to get it done while I was here. Excellent service and care was taken with my home! Go nowhere else use Mike and his team.

Absolutely excellent experience as usual.  We used Glacier when we had an issue at our last home and now, after moving into our new home, on the WEEKEND, with company coming over, we had an issue where the air stopped working.  I called and spoke with Mike and he was out here within an hour.  I was amazed.  He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and took care of our problem very quickly.  I love that they are 24/7, especially since these things never seem to happen at a convenient time.  

I will continue to use Glacier and recommend them to all of my family and friends.  Absolutely fantastic service, reasonable prices, and you always get someone who truly cares about what they are doing.

It was time to replace our air conditioner, we had received several estimates in the past and it was well above our budget. After reading multiple great reviews about Glacier I gave them a call. Mike came out and gave us an estimate and within 24 hours we had an entire new system at half the cost of all the other estimates. Mike and his crew were extremely thorough, courteous, polite, and helpful. I am extremely pleased with Mike and with Glacier. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and plan on using them when it's time to replace the system in the cottage. Thank you to Mike, his crew and Glacier for making a difficult time much easier on us.
