I was pleasantly impressed with this company. Their customer service is exemplary and on pointe. From the contacts that keep you apprised of the expected arrival time, to the automated texts that give you a visual of your technician prior to their arrival. Briton was very informative and enlightened me quite a bit, so you can easily discern that they know their stuff. He broke everything down step by step and answered any remaining questions I had.  While evaluating my 20-yr (and then some) a/c system, he noticed a plumbing leak and was able to take care of it ASAP.  You can tell that he and his team take pride in their work which speaks volumes in keeping with their solid reputation.  I appreciate everything Briton did to save me from a major meltdown....literally.👍🏻👍🏻

I have been extremely happy with Superior since getting a new unit from them last year.  Today I noticed the a/c had shut off.  I called and was helped over the phone, but it still kept shutting off.   I called again and Briton Davis explained that it sounded like a clogged line.  Even though it is a holiday, he came out to fix it within an hour and I was not charged an extra emergency charge.  I was very impressed with his courteous and efficient service.  Thank you!

Had service for dryer vent cleaning. Superior Service was a very professional courteous company to work with. Loved the way they worked with landlord directly and kept all parties involved and updated on arrival time and details of work completed. I love the text sent with picture of technician and mini profile before he arrived. Mark S.was very polite and did an amazing job to respect the property and pet as he accomplished his work. Mark left the job site clean inside and out. Its my privilege to recommend this company for any of their services and will definely use them again. 😊💯

AC unit quit working in the middle of the night. I called Superior service the following day. They were out that day and had to come back the following morning. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

I wish I hadn’t needed a new air conditioning unit on Memorial Day, but if I had to have one I’m glad I chose this company. Chris and Joe were excellent. They were careful with our home, arrived quickly, and gave us excellent tips on how to reduce electrical costs. Very highly recommend.
