VERY disappointed in them. I am a VERY loyal customer sending my mother flowers 4 to 6 times a year I never have a problem. The one time I called to doublecheck my mother received her flowers they were so incredibly rude to me had such an attitude with me and lost my mothers flowers, I will NEVER order from them ever again. Nine patch will have my business from now on.

Very disappointed in the arrangement they made the arrangements was suppose to have 8 roses in in there were none and the floral that was in there was old looking and not colors we chose went thru from you flowers that they deal with never again would not refer this florist flowers were delivered on time that is the only plus
