I couldn’t be more pleased with Country Charm Florist.  When I called they didn’t have the flowers I wanted to send, so I chose something else.  Then they called me back and said they had just received the flowers I originally wanted, and asked if I wanted them instead.  When they tried to deliver the flowers, no one answered the door.  They called me to make sure they had the correct house.  I phoned my cousin who didn’t hear them knocking, because of the vacuum cleaner.  Country Charm didn’t leave until they were sure the flowers had been delivered correctly.  Great service and attentive to detail!!!

My sister and I ordered flowers from Country Charm Floral and they were absolutely the most beautiful arrangements we have ever seen.  Cathy totally exceeded our expectations.  Anyone looking for a florist should contact Cathy.  She also has many different items in her shop that would make a special gift for anyone.  We can't begin to thank her enough for the wonderful job that she did.

I just picked up my nieces bridal bouquet and OMG it is amazing. So much better than the picture I sent her, totally exceeded my expectations. I bought once a few months previous for another niece and it wasn't half as much and was twice the price. I cannot say how please I am  with how it turned out and surprised at how little she charged me. They have definitely earned a repeat customer !!!

I have ordered flowers on many occasions from Country Charm for everything from Birthdays, Holidays and Funeral Services and I have never been disappointed. Kathy always uses the freshest flowers and designs the most beautiful arrangements all at a fair price.  If you are looking for a florist in Braxton County, Country Charm is where to go. And whenever you are in Sutton stop in you will be presently surprised at the huge selection or decor, gift and Simply Southern items they carry. Definitely a gem in Central West Virginia.
