Serving the Mission Valley for over 20 years. We carry fresh flowers along with beautiful blooming and green house plants. Rentals for all occasions including tuxes, tables, chairs and linens. Awful customer service, horrible arrangements.  You will not be helped by friendly folks but met with an angry old women who thinks she knows how to run a business properly.  The customer is always right.  We ordered a 114.99 arraignment online and it looks like she threw it together in an hour, when she had over a week to prepare it and order the correct flowers in.  Instead we were met with an ugly arraignment, with old flowers that were wilting and dying.  We ordered stargazer lilies and were told she had them but instead she just stuck some light pink oriental lilies in there thinking we wouldn't know the difference.  I will share photos and you can decide for your self.  The arraignment we got was not worth 114.99.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS!

Called at 15:00, was told it was too late to place an order to go to the school. They close at 17:00. Informed her that I’ll have to go to Missoula and she was fine with it. Apparently they are not big in getting business. Wasn’t asked what kind of order. I would’ve liked to do just a bundle of 5 roses. It’s unfortunate.

My flowers were delivered to the wrong place even though the specifics on where I work were on the envelope of the card. The arrangement was pathetic, I could have done a better job cramming some leaves, baby's breath and 6 roses together in a vase of water (that one of the roses is cut so short that the stem doesn't even come close to reaching the water). I don't have the heart to tell my husband that his money was wasted at The Flower Mill. I will just be thankful that he thought of me on this day, so the credit goes to him not The Flower Mill. I gave it one star only because it did have ONE beautiful rose among the other five!

Rona was very pleasant to deal with.  The arrangement turned out absolutely stunning.  And when I wasn't able to pick them up, she delivered them to my work.  Best florist I have ever done business with.
