I was invited to attend this church by a man that did an inspection on some property that my brother is in the process of buying. Knowing my brothers financial situation, this man told my brother that if he post dated a check he would go and do the inspection and not deposit the check until Friday. I praised this man to my brother because he claimed so highly of his christian beliefs and ethics. I served in the United States Marine Corps and I learned that a man is only as good as his word. That man deposited the check the same day that it was given to him. Causing my brother to be charged an overdraft. It may seem like a little thing to some. But when you are one a fixed income and you trust a christian to do what they say they are going to do. And they do not keep their word. It is a bit discouraging. Needless to say I will not be attending this church. For I do not want to associate with unethical people.
