Dishonest dealer alert. I rented a 15' UHaul from this business and want to warn others. The man seemed like a very nice, honest person. He is not. When I got in the truck, I took a photo of the odometer reading, for my own records. When I dropped off the truck in the town I moved to, I was charged for over 500 extra miles. The man at the Army Navy store entered a reading that was over 460 miles more than what the actual odometer reading was. If you rent a UHaul from this place, make sure you double check your reading with your contract. I wish I had before I left with the truck. Also, if he promises you extra days, make sure it's on the contract. He promised me extra days because we were heading into a major winter storm. He did not. The man at return place did, so not all UHaul dealers are dishonest. Just double check all entries on your contract. He seemed so nice and honest, and was definitely the opposite! Beware of this business!

OMG they were so awesome, had to override the software that kept saying our 10K GVW dually C3500 wasn't big enough to haul a car. Mike and his gal made it happen for us. We are so grateful!!!!!!!!!!
