This dealership is incredible. They worked with us for almost 7 hours, found us an amazing car and helped us get over a few bumps all with huge genuine smiles on their faces. Would tell people to stay away. We were going to buy a used car from them. We filled out financing application and got approved. We're all set to get the car then got the run around to find out they sold the car out from under us. Very unprofessional and not willing to work with us after the screwed us over. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!

We recently bought a car from here. The service was good, we didn’t feel pushed at first.  When it came to negotiations, they wouldn’t drop a penny off the price of the car which was unfortunate but we really wanted it so we went with  it anyway. The sales person absolutely refused to take our trade in and convinced us selling it privately would get us a lot more money. In retrospect now I feel as though I should have been more firm. It’s been 3 weeks of trying to sell the car which has been nothing other than stressful. He took our inexperience and took advantage of us. The car had slight damage on it broken front bumper , scratched back bumper scratches on the mirror and gas door as well as the back driver side door. We were promised that this would be fixed on Tuesday and not to worry about, the car will be looked over and every scratch will be painted. The first time we took it in they fixed the front bumper and nothing else. After picking up telling them that the rest was not done, they said they didn’t know more work was needed. Their paint only occurs on Tuesday so the second week we took it in and they fixed the back bumper, still the gas door back door and mirror aren’t fixed. So now we have to drive an hour for the third time to go get it fixed. I had a good feeling buying the car but upon retrospect we were pressured into things and I definitely should have pushed them more. Know what you want and know how to negotiate.

Went here to look at cars, the prices were reasonable and the sales staff weren't pushey, no one bothered us as we looked at cars, a good experience so far.

ITS ALWAYS GREAT WHEN I GO THERE FOR SERVICE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY,FRANCINE COLVETT HEAD OF SERVICE IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD,AND HER STAFF ARE ,MIKE WHO WORKS ON MY TITAN DIESEL IS THE BEST,LIA OF GLENSFALLS IS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH GOOD PEOPLE,WHO CARE ABOUT YOU AND DO OVER AND ABOVE TO PLEASE YOU ,TONY VOLINO SR.
