I paid for three LHR treatments and after two they called me to say the laser tech left and they don't have a technician anymore to complete my treatment. When I asked for my money back (i paid in cash) they said I need to provide proof of payment (which they never gave me).
Their technicians are untrained, unlicensed and unsupervised.
They don't answer their phone and never return calls. STAY AWAY from this place!

Do not purchase any type of services from this location. I had similar experiences to those that gave this place 1 stars (although they deserve none). First few treatments were fine and seemed professional, but then I was showing up to my appointments and their door would be locked. Once the "electricity went out" and I wasn't given a call until I showed up there after driving 45 minutes. The next time "the computer wasn't working". I was told multiple times I would be called back - never happened. They NEVER answer their phones. Super unprofessional. These are only a few of the complaints I'm taking the time to write - there are so many more.

They are so nice, so easy to deal with and such a pleasure going in here. The atmosphere and staff are relaxing. I felt my stress go away just walking into the place. They were hard to find on Google maps, so I made some suggestions to them to make it easier to find. I also added their phone number to Google maps. This place is a case of great amaizing service and place, but not great advertising. I will go back.

I started going to Glo Laser and Spa with a Groupon in December/January. The staff was always very nice, courteous and professional. I got 4 treatments when in May, my appointment was cancelled because the laser was broken, and I was assured a call back. A few weeks later I realized no one called. I called and asked if the laser was fixed and I could make an appointment. The person who answered the phone referred me to the manager. The manager was looking me up on the computer when there was a "computer problem" and it needed to be rebooted. She said she would call me back when it was back on. After an hour or so, I called back and got a voice mail. I left a voice message. I called an hour or so while after that, and got the voice mail. I also tried emailing through the "Contact Us" on the webpage, no answer. I've been calling since then and have been getting the voice mail.

Jen is seriously the best! She is very great at what she does. Made me feel so comfortable and she was just all around amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a treatment.
