They were great! I'd checked at Pet Valu and the massive store that is PetSmart and no one had a cone that would work for my puppy. This was the only place that had the comfy cone that extended long enough for him, and they had great advice about their experiences with cones and inflatable collars. Also have a surprising selection of toys - especially Kong! Will definitely make this my first stop for my dogs needs :)
