Good restaurant, but they undercooked the chicken; it was bloody. The waitress chose to argue with us that the chicken was okay (and there is some evidence that the blood comes from the marrow in the cooking process because chickens are slaughtered earlier than in the past), but we chose to not eat the chicken as a matter of food safety. A restaurant at the price point of Globus should have excellent customer service and Globus failed in a big way. We will not be eating at Globus in the future.

Really disappointing. Ordered the bison, which was delicious and perfectly prepared, but for a $35 dish we thought there would be more food on the plate than meat and a garnish. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was ok, but it was really hot and stuffy inside. We would not go back here.

This has been an interesting place. The price is high, but the food is unique. It has a flair of Asian fusion, along with a bit of European fusion. I visited this place last year, and I got the mushroom ramen with a duck egg in it. The duck egg over powered the mushrooms which disappointed me, but to this day I still remember the flavor and crave it now and then. This year, I ordered the paella. The taste of the spices was reminiscent of a good jambalaya, but the seafood was excellent. The octopus was seasoned well, and the muscles were excellent. It was a good meal. They will also have a constantly changing ice cream and sorbet selection, all homemade, and different. One year, they had foie gras flavored ice cream. It wasn't bad, which was surprising for foie gras flavored ice cream. Either way, it's a good place to go if you have the money.
