Nick and Mandi where super sweet and we had a super fun time going into the store. We will definitely be going back whenever we need anything!! They are all super friendly and sweet. T-Mobile did a great job by hiring them and making sure they have amazing staff.

Walked in exactly at 10:00 & was greeted by both workers ( Travis & Brandi ) Felt very welcomed and got the help i needed. I was afraid to come in and get the run around or have people who just dont care. I did not have that problem this morning. THANK YOU T-MOBILE !!!!!!!!

I've never written a review in my life but these guys deserve one. Hands down the best customer service I've ever had. Kit and Richard are amazing, helpful, and just all-around great people. Friendly, personable, they weren't pushy and they put up with what I can imagine were mostly ridiculous questions and inquiries on my part. I've been a Tmobile customer for my whole cell phone-owning life and I love Tmobile, I've always had stellar service (phone and store), but this store is the BEST I've ever been to. I won't go anywhere else now. Thanks guys!

Always a FIVE STAR service when I go to this T-Mobile located on Trosper Road in Tumwater! Both Richard and Derrick are always courteous and Tech knowledgeable on their devices/services! No matter what you might need, they can handle it, bar none. I've visited and received services from 3 other T-Mobile stores in the area and this one is by far the best!  --- Steve
