Very nice people, but they installed my shower incorrectly and it leaks. Once the problem was identified, a couple months later as we had to finish the rest of the bathroom, it was very hard to get them to do anything more than look at the problem and disappear. After dealing with supervisors the owner did not call me back personally to try to resolve the problem despite my request. The offer from the supervisor because of their mistake was to reinstall again at no charge, but I had to tear out the tiles and remove other finishes on top of the shower and replace at my own expense. After their first bill I didn’t have any more money because I only budgeted to do the work once. Since Sept 2017 (now May 2018) the shower has been unusable. Very disappointed.

I had Scott come in and fix the hardware in my bathtub. He was professional, courteous and made sure I understood the costs before he began.

I'll definitely use them again.

Got a quote for a fixing a tap for $250. Thought that was kind of high but im not a plumber and didn't know what the extent of the job might be. Came over finished in 10 minutes. Still charged me $250 and wanted tax on top of that. Told him to get the hell out. That rate would constitute a $1000 an hour. He replaced a cylinder that was free with moen. Total rip off artists!

I had old galvanized removed from my water meter to my washing machine and a new main water shut off done. I received a fast and fair priced quote. The job required some  customizing and the extra effort done by the plumber was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
