This morning I called Ideal to deal with gas leaks in our furnace.  The service was excellent and timely.  Sandy gave us an accurate time for the service call and even called to say when the service technicians were en route.  Jeff and Alfredo were patient  and answered all of our questions and were obviously well qualified. We will not only use this company for all our future needs but will highly recommend Ideal to anyone in need of their services. Our experience was all positive and we felt the bill was fair. Thankyou and Happy Thanksgiving!

Had a flood in my basement.  Technician was in my house for maybe 5 minutes, charged me 200 bucks and never said a word to me.  Company refused to send me furnace report, told me had to get it off company working with insurance.

Thanks to compassionate and professional service of Nick and John my family enjoyed Thanksgiving weekend. Backed up sewer line and work done late Sunday evening...Can't complain about the rates either - charged as agreed over the phone, very reasonable! Five thumbs up!

Everyone from Sandy in sales to John in the field was great! It's hard to stay calm when your basement could fill up with poop - they took care of everything and gave me peace of mind. Thank you

Only called to get an estimate to replace my bathtub, their website said to call for a free estimate.  What part of free costs $59.00? To be fair, if they do the work you get the money back. I don't like this type of advertising, free is free, $59.00 is not free.
