Well never wrote review before because could not get into Goggle acct, BUT now I can.  Want to say Roto Rooter  has been here a couple of times over last while and put in new toilet and new kitchen taps.  Quick, efficient, no fuss, no muss and "Bob's  your uncle" ...good work , price was more then reasonable and we WILL be in touch in the future to have you down here again....THANK YOU!!

Super happy with the service, the ability to come and correct a big problem and having an excellent technician that really cared and ensured that the service done was done to perfection  so that there was no further issues.  He juggled around the city's workers and their issue to the one that was inside.... having to hold off on my repairs and returning later that evening after the city figured out how to correct it on their end.  To which he came back to work on it and this lead him to going back and forth to the office to get the main water source turned on to ensure there were no further leaks.  I really appreciate all they did!  Thank you

I highly recommend them to everyone.  They showed such professionalism. Went a week without hot water, and couldn't seem to get another plumber to come to the house. After a friend recommended Roto-Rooter, we booked an appointment and they were here the next day. Thank you!! I now have hot water again.

Nobody ever wants the garden and lawn dug up to replace a broken sewer line, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do! At least we had the pleasure of meeting Rob and his crew, who did a good job and are very decent guys. And....the flowers and grass will eventually come back but the water in the basement will not!  Thanks guys!

Not only did they respond to my problem in a timely manner, but Jared (the plumber) was very polite and very professional.  I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.  Well done.  Thank you! A++++
