This office and staff are exceptional. It's been about 4 months since I purchased my house with them and still stand behind them. They still continue to answer my questions and have for sure made a customer for life. 

Shalee John, Jeanette Smith, and Dave himself really took care of me. They think of things that I didn't even know I would need. This year for Tax season they sent me everything I needed without me even asking.

Buying a home as a first time buyer is daunting, but GoBe led me on an easy to follow step by step process that never seemed overwhelming. Also their working relationship with different lenders gave me insight into which lender to use based on the experience of other clients. Lastly their foresight into the market has proven accurate multiple times. Thanks GoBe.

I thought selling a house would be stressful, but not with Dave and his team at GoBe Realty!  They were so great and guided us through the process.  They helped us get the most money for our house.  We sincerely appreciated every person that worked with us as they each were extremely professional and dependable and were always available to us when we had questions or concerns. Just had a fantastic home buying experience with these guys. We had some crazy credit score issues come up due to fraud that I had been a victim of. Craig and his team were very helpful with coaching us through the whole correction process.

They were very up front about all costs involved and possible issues with the home. My wife and I felt very fairly dealt with and would recommend goBE to anyone!

We also had a great experience with the the financing company that goBE referred us to. All around our experience could have been a nightmare, but despite all of the strange issues that popped up for us it was a surprisingly smooth process. I contribute a lot of that to our fantastic real estate agent Craig Hawker!
