Experienced detailed oriented and dedicated real estate agent!

Merilee was the most amazing agent. She helped me sell my primary residence and assisted with the process of building a new house. I had never used an agent to build a new house, I just always assumed the builder would help. Although my builder was good, Merilee had my best interests in mind. She helped me every step of the way, making sure that I got the best possible options from the design center, to making sure the builder followed through with all their promises. She helped time the sale of my existing house, (getting above my asking price) so that I was ready to move into the new house when it was closed. She has an impeccable eye for detail, is a great negotiator and a dedicated agent. She knows her stuff! If you are selling, buying or building, Merilee is who you need!

Merilee Rowley is an excellent real estate agent!  She was extremely responsive, polite, knowledgeable and always on top of things.  This was the smoothest home purchase I have ever experienced thanks to her!  And she wasn't even my agent!  We made an offer without representation so she was under no obligation to help me at all but she did anyway and went so far beyond what I could imagine expecting and all this was with no expectation of direct compensations from me.  I HIGHLY recommend her!!

Merilee is the greatest! I can't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell. She was with me every step of the way to buying my home and made the process as easy as possible. You wont be disappointed!

Amy Gibbons, real estate agent at Selling Salt Lake was superb.  She was friendly, efficient, helpful and knew the real estate market.  She had all the facts and figures.  She was able to show us homes right away and secure us a contract within days.  She got us the best deal.  Even when minor problems arose, she was there on the spot and able to work them out to our satisfaction.  We wouldn't go with anyone else.  Try her.  You won't be sorry.  Thank you Amy!

Just bought our dream home thanks to Merilee Rowley.  Merilee is probably one of the coolest, kindest, and patient people I have ever met.  She treated my wife and I like family and put up with our picky, indecisive, and stubbornness like a champ.  She helped us realize what we really wanted and helped us come together to find the perfect home.  Don't be fooled by her sweet disposition, when it comes to negotiating she is a bulldog and will fight to get you the best deal.  She surprised me with her knowledge of everything to do with buying a house, which included the home inspection process, getting things fixed, and the entire loan process. She was literally a part of everything each step of the way.  If you are looking to find your dream home and want someone you can trust to look out for your best interests,  I would highly recommend Merilee and Selling Salt Lake!!
