As a property owner who has utilized Oakwood Property Management and Realty for several years, I have been nothing but impressed with their services.  I have entrusted Russ and his team to take care of my property and they have always looked out for my best interests and my investment in the property.  They are very responsive to any of my inquiries and always dependable with taking care of any concerns promptly.  When working with tenants they have taken care of issues with everyone's best interest in mind.  I am grateful that they have very high standards for accepting tenants and they monitor the condition of my property regularly.  Over the years they have empathized with tenants who struggled to make payments and with tenants who needed to break leases, yet it was rare that my property was vacant for more than a month.  I trust Oakwood to care for my property and occupy my property with quality tenants.  Oakwood is a great company with the highest degree of integrity!

Unresponsive customer service, lack of information provided for tenants, difficulty through out whole living situation, happy to fill anyone in on the details at [email protected]

I love this company. The staff and the owner are all very kind. I treat them with respect and they treat me with mutual respect in return; we all get along great.

Sent in a request for work order this morning. Got a call from the property management company within minutes. Arranged service with in house professionals who arrived within the hour. The problem was a bit difficult to diagnose, but we kept talking it out and checking everything until the cause was determined and fixed. I am grateful that they were fast, listened, and effective at solving the problem. Thanks everyone!

Just reading the reviews of this company tells me they cant all be wrong. See the same response from Oakwood raises a red flag. Everyone of them said they wont respond. Is all they got to say please contact us. Hello Oakwood sounds like they have tried. Wake up. Hello. Thamk you to all the reviews that keep new potential customers like myself from dead beat company's like this. Is all we can do is not support company's like this. Yes I Oakwood Im not a tenant of yours and dont ever plan to be thanks to all the poeole that speak up about lame companies like your. Be right by people and your business will grow or dont and hopefully you will be out of business.soon.
