Rob has detailed my 1998 camaro several times since I bought it in 2014. He always does a great job. Recently I had some paint work done on the car & the other day I drove the camaro to go volunteer at a local animal rescue & when I was finished I went out to the car realized the a bird pooped on it. Needless to say I was not happy. When I got home I used my detailing supplies to remove the majority of the poop. After I did their was a stain in the paint, so I called Rob to have him detail my camaro. I showed him the stain & he told me that he didn't think he would be able to remove it 100%. Rob got to work on my car & called me about an hour later, I went outside to look @ the car he told me that HE WAS able to remove the poop stain & the car looked great! For anyone the doesn't know, bird poop has acid in it & will etch automotive paint. Rob is very professional & takes pride in his work. My only complaint really is I wish he would take credit cards, every time I call him I have to run to the ATM & withdraw $100 for his fee & a tip & maybe a few bucks pocket money.

I will never use him again. I made an appointment and he texted to let me know that he would have to reschedule which is fine, then he came to my place of work and it rained he could have rescheduled and that would have been fine as well but instead he used the rain as an excuse to do a terrible job. I do not understand how he could have possibly waxed my truck with the amount of dirt that was still all over it. He didn't touch the rims at. As for the interior there was still sand everywhere which is why I called him to clean my car in the first place. Honestly it looks like he took a hose to the outside, and a vacuum as far as he could reach on the inside and that's it. If I wanted a $5.00 car wash I would have gone through the drive through and if I wanted his harassing text messages about how I neglected my car and that is why he didn't do a good job I would have NEVER asked him to come in the first place. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommenced him to anybody.
