Overcharges for propane and other products. Also, do not expect any sort of customer support or appreciation.

Charged 54$ for a 15-lb propane tank (for reference, Lowe's charges 30$ for a 20-lb tank). Then the attendant did not want to get wet, so he expected my older mother in law to unlock, grab, and place the tank in her car. He then expected her to bring it back while he just stood there. 

I would expect at the very least that the employee would unlock, take out, and lock the locker. She didn't even get that.

Terrible Job. I spent $40 to have my car washed and it was barely vacuumed and not at all wiped down! Wish I could post pictures:(  tried to call to see if I could come back but I called 8 times with no answer.
