Had an awful experience there ! I wanted the simple $20 wash and vacuum, nothing fancy. The place was dead, i was the only customer. I pulled up and was told that i had to upgrade to a $50 package bc there was sand on my floor. I explained i didnt want the $50 package. He said then we cant wash your car and walked away. I was furious. Called inside found out he was a supervisor. Called back spoke to the manager he explained sand ruins the vacuum and started yelling and hung up on me! Awful service ! Went to Pelican Car Wash paid $18.99 and they did an amazing job !

Horrible customer service. Was told I could come in and get a gift card for a birthday and the manager decided to close early.
