This gym has everything I need to stay in shape and reach new goals. 4 squat racks but they're all different. 1 deadlifting platform, a bunch of benches for doing barbell bench press and dumbell press. They have a good selection of free weights. Some of the machines are old but usable. I like that there is a place to stretch here and do calisthenics. There is a decent size fitness room with bikes and open space. There are lots of cardio equipments as well. There's also a toasty sauna room It would be better if more people cleaned up after themselves and re-rack the weights after they're done.

Good Gym been here 2 years ended my contract might renew, not over crowded like LA fitness and other gyms I attended, fast Wifi. Get acknowledge by staff on my way in and out. only thing that might need attention is The Treadmill Track Belts might need to be lubed with Silicone Spray. ( they Squeak a bit much)

My experience is with excellent trainers. Mainly, though, quite clean, not overly crowded. And, NOT a pick-up spot. People are their to work out, not for 3 hours of staring at themselves in the mirror.

When it comes to the facility nice. When it comes to the hiring there NOT RELIABLE. It seems like they advertise false employment. Customer service person terrible, hiring management horrible.

Great gym! I'm from out of town and came here: front desk was professional and friendly. I also talked to the Fitness Manager and he was really helpful, it was also his first day at work but I could tell he knew what he was talking about and is experienced. Very clean, very nice mix of members. I'll come back here whenever I'm in town!
