We believe fitness is about spending your time doing something that is rewarding, fun and healthy. We believe that you don't want to watch the minutes drag by as you complete your obligatory workout. We're here to help you get fit, and feel better, stronger, and more equipped to handle the challenges of your everyday life. We love what we do, and we want you to love doing it with us!
All classes at XSport Fitness are included in your gym membership at no additional cost. We offer classes seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Three Group Exercise Studios are equipped with state of the art equipment, audio/stereo systems, spring or rubber flooring, floor to ceiling mirrors, and ceiling fans/lighting.
We offer a variety of group exercise classes including six Les Mills formats (BodyAttack BodyCombat, BodyFlow, BodyJam, BodyPump, & BodyStep) as well as Zumba, XForce Cycle, Boot Camp, XSculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Abdominal/Core classes, Tai Chi, Total Body Conditioning, stretching and stability ball classes. Our aqua fitness classes include aqua aerobics and aqua toning. And, we recently added PILOXING.
