For everyone bitching about the "size" and the "old equipment", you all need to grow a pair. This is a gym, not a banquet hall. Go in, pound your work out, and walk out feeling satisfied. This place is old school and straight to the point. If you're looking for immaculate machinery and socialization, I'm sure Planet Fitness would love to welcome you.

Rodent Issue: While working out a few times I saw a huge nasty brown rat often troting along the bottom walls. I alerted the desk clerk...he was like oh well.

Don't come expecting frills and fanfare like LA Fitness. It's a simple, hole-in-the-wall building where some pretty legitimate lifting can take place. It's intimate, quaint and nostalgic with a great management team. The place is small and can get quite crowded but hardly suffocating. My favorite times to workout here were weekends 130ish - 430ish and weekdays 12noon-4. An enjoyable, chill experience.
