Don't get sucked into a contract!! Bad business!!!! They ask you to sign a contract then when you want to get out of it they find any way to get you. I moved more than 30 miles from their neatest gym and sent in supporting documentation. Few months later I get a letter from collection company for 800usd.... because I didn't pay the last moth fee if $34..... no one ever contacted via phone , mail or email to advise me of such. months later they say I owe the 800+........ not a good way to earn loyalty...... do not get sucked into a contract...... there are plenty of quality gyms out there with no contract!

Machines are constantly broke and it takes months before they are repaired.

Tvs In front of the cardio machine has not been working for going on 3 weeks.

It’s so funny because the “owner” of the gym will reply to your reviews and say to talk to the staff about any concerns you have with the equipment.

Well the first question I have is why does a paying customer need to bring it to the staff’s attention when something is broke or not working properly? Isn’t is the staffs job to proactively fix things that aren’t working ???

But fine, I brought it to the attention of the staff close to 3 weeks ago. NOTHING WAS DONE

The next week I left my telephone number with the front desk staff for the manager to give me a call....did the manager give me a call??? Of course not.

So I took it upon myself to go knock on the window of the little side room where the management is. I will be honest and say the manager I spoke with was very nice  (I believe he is an assistant manager) and told me he would look into it. Has anyone thing changed ? NOPE. Tvs in front of the cardio equipment is still out.

So here we are on the 3rd week and still the TVs are out.

Some people are probably reading this review and wondering why I am complaining about TVs In front of the cardio machine not working.

Well when you come to the gym and sign up they advertise the fact there are TVs to watch while doing cardio. So if they are selling that feature of the gym ...then it should be there.

Second, anyone who does cardio knows that watching the TVs while doing cardio makes it So much easier to do cardio. I do cardio everyday and so for me and a lot of people it’s annoying not have something working you are paying for and it’s not working AND THEY KNOW IT ISNT WORKING.

Literally the worst gym I have ever been to.  Save your money and go somewhere else, anywhere else, buy your own weight set and work out in an open field, you will surely enjoy your experiences far greater than signing up for a membership at this gym.  Equipment is constantly broken and the Staff is rude and lazy. I would rather throw my money in the garbage than continue my membership with this establishment.

I have been a member since April and the staff is amazing.  The trainers rock.  They are always available to help out.  Would recommend this gym.
