New to the gym. Seems to be a nice place to work out. Unfortunately I was quoted the wrong 1st month price. Was told it would be cheaper than amount deducted from my account. So please ASK questions.

Terrible customer service I wanted to downgrade my membership because I don’t need the black card since I don’t use any of its perks...when I upgraded in April they didn’t tell me I would be under a 1 year contract so when I went to downgrade they wanted to charge me 100+ so I just canceled it. I had been a member since it opened terrible service !

Great non pressure gym with massage and tanning. Everyone has a good attitude, and its welcoming for guest who may feel uncomfortable working out in public with strangers. The non judgement zone is displayed everywhere, so I think it really sets the tone.

Been going here for 3 months so far everything is good. Cleanish, can't expect too much from all the people , night time tends to be less crowded but either way there's always a few open machines.

The staff is decent and most often friendly ans helpful. The morning/day manager is not so. She's snarly and ignores members upon entering generally. If the staff is expected to greet members friendly, then management should set the example and do the same. If doing reports or what not, that's what an office is for. The place was great when it first opened. It's not as clean anymore. Staff is always wiping down the machines, but there's dust in the corners and and bathroom is fair, but could be better. The tanning beds always have hair, smudges and body oil on them, even though the staff wipes the beds down. Most of the creepy dust and hair is on the underside, which clearly isn't cleaned and vacuumed when maintenance is performed. I know what it takes to clean them and these are done properly. The equipment is great though, always seems to be in working order. Rarely are they down long.
