Love this place ! In 10 months of being members my husband, kids and I haven’t have any issue whatsoever. My whole family loves this place , my two little ones enjoy going to the Kid’s Club every time.

I personally love the gym. I like that it is one price and you get access to the whole gym. Classes, pool, all fitness areas including cross-fit, indoor track, basketball court. There is towel service, friendly staff. They also have a daycare that is only $10/mo and they will watch your kids while you work out. This is huge for me because it makes it easy to bring my son with me, get my daily exercise in and leave. The folks in the daycare are really good with kids to, they remember my son by name and he looks forward to hanging out with the kids and daycare staff every day. My only complaint is that the WIFI is terrible I have tried going to the gym in times when it is less crowded to get access to WIFI and its still super slow. If that gets fixed the place will be perfect.

Looks great at first glance. Realistically, the value simply is not in-line with the price.

As far as gym,pool and fitness facilities are concerned, they are really good. They have a Badminton facility thrice a week. However they hide a lot of things like lease/agreement which is fixed for one year and you cant end that prior to your one year completion, NJAC sales people will surely befool you and won't reveal this. Also Sales people will always provide exclusive hefty discounts and deals, remember to try deals on Groupon prior to availing theirs.

I believe they purposely try to take extra money from their members. I have had many friends put me down as a referral and see the employees document it. But then they mysteriously claim no one placed me down as a referral and say there is nothing that can be done. Do not recommend signing up here.
