Outdated and rusty equipments. $10 per month gyms have better equipment and facilities than them. The whole gym is kind of set up in a space which seems like a living room. No lockers or changing room( Toilet is their changing room) When you join in initially they will aggressively try to sell you personal fitness packages. They will conduct a free evaluation and scare you to death about the shape you are in. Nothing but scare tactics to sign up for one of their packages. Be aware of their pre paid membership and read the fine print very carefully. At the end of the term, they will start billing you automatically.

Ajani is the best personal trainer I have ever met. I've been training with Ajani for a year and a half and I’m seeing great results. Ajani is a great motivator, punctual and doing a great job improving my strength with great workouts. I also love the Kickboxing and Ab classes that Ajani teaches. Ajani is helping me to loose weight and also focuses on not only exercises, but also thinks about new ways to make the workout more efficient. The sessions are never boring and always hard! Every training session is exhaustive and rewarding. Ajani's great personality makes the sessions fun. I highly recommend Ajani to anyone who is seriously considering personal training. The great thing about all this is that the affordable membership fee includes the 24 hour access. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Ajani. Thank you Snap Fitness for helping me to maintain good health & weight loss.

Gym is great, tried to cancel membership bc of leaving area, they charge multiple times during the cancellation process, management was not willing to work anything out and stop responding. Corporate is also no help.

This gym is awesome for several reasons. First, it is a 24/7 hour gym so as long as you have your card, you can enter before work, after work, or get a safe midnight run inside the gym. Second, there's a no pressure atmosphere. What I mean by that is, there aren't a million buff people there intimidating you to be thing and tone etc. They respect that you're working out. Third, the staff is friendly and professional. They're not over baring with sales pitches or getting a trainer and that's nice. Fourth, they are never crowded. That 6pm rush, doesn't really apply here. Sure it may happen from time to time, as is expected, but every piece of equipment is available for use 99% of the time. And that says a lot. Fifth, if you do decide to obtain a trainer, may I suggest Rhonda. I always have tons of laughs with her while obtaining a work out. She pushes me to do better and within a month I have lost almost 10lbs and gained more strength. I am extremely over weight and she has always been very accommodating. She always calls the day before the scheduled visit to make sure it is still going on and if you need to reschedule, she will accommodate you! How wonderful is that? She encourages me and is proud of me, which is something I feel of high value. The only downside is the price. No it is not $10 a month but to me, the costs aren't substantially high. You're not paying ridiculous amounts of money. You get what you pay for and I couldn't have asked for a better gym or trainer.
