Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent location, so close to my work. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. 

Roberto is my PT and he is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts now thanks to him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

Started my gym few months back with little confidence to begin with. Inspired by trainers such as Rob, Dimi who pushed us completing the complete workout in every boot camp installed confidence within us. Have a long way to go, and happy that I started my initial steps at right place😊

Best gym in town. Plenty of well kept up equipment so you aren't waiting to use everything even during peak times. The staff is friendly and the gym is clean.

Do not do not do not trust the people that work at this gym, ESPECIALLY omar. He come off as this happy go lucky friendly type but he is a SCAMMER!!! He not only lies to the customer, he lies to the OWNER Ed! I did not like my trainer ron after the first few weeks i started with him so i told omar I wanted out, I reminded him that i MADE SURE i would be able to if i went ahead and tried a personal trainer when omar started me at the gym. He could not deny that he told me this so instead he convinced me to try another month with ron, i did so for 4 months with me telling him i want out at the end of every month and he kept telling me to try another month. I found out from ron (who i witnessed on 4 different times is a bully to the other ppl who work at the gym, shane, who had to leave after awhile of it) that the owner found out i wanted to leave the training after 1 month TOLD OMAR TO LET ME STOP the first month, Ed is a nice person but has BAD ppl working for him! so, like many others on her i find out after a year gone almost, omar DID NOT cancel my membership so im getting charged again, He said he "forgot to cancel me after i requested" when i called.

Tried out this gym since they offer a free week pass online. Went in to activate it and the staff was not friendly or helpful. Didn't give me a tour or explain the facilities at all. The girl who was helping me started speaking in Spanish to another coworker while she was in the middle of helping me, so rude!
