This school teaches martial arts in a way that you won't find anywhere else, our Shifu (master) has been training in Chinese martial arts for over twenty years so he definitely knows what he's doing and the way he teaches shows the form, applications to real combat and history of the art. Wether you want to learn tai chi, Kung fu, or Sanda (kickboxing) coming here is the place to do it!

Well, I have been there for nearly 3 years and they push you really hard. But they also make you feel like you are family. Not a place to reap money, but to actually teach you. I can't recommend it more.

This Shaolin Kungfu school is amazing.  Shifu Mario Salazar is a highly respected and experienced instructor who preserves the teachings of Shaolin Kungfu and Chinese Martial Arts.
If you are looking for a unique workout or an outstanding Martial Arts school, look no further!

I started training at Mt.Song in 2008.  I was looking for something to help me stay in shape but training was so fun and challenging and the people were so friendly the school quickly became a big part of my life.  During my time here I have done things I thought I'd never do, including training at the Shaolin Temple in China and doing martial arts in front of hundreds of people.  It more than just a Kung Fu school, it a family.  I've meet so many awesome people here.  I met friends that I have had ever since, some I later lived with, even some I started a band with.  Overall, MtSong is a really great place.

Can't say enough good things. Shifu Salazar is an amazing teacher. Incredibly knowledgeable and inspiring in his example and technique. ( Check out the videos on Mt Song's Facebook page.)  He keeps it fun and interesting. I have been a student there for a year now and was hooked after my first class. Zero pressure. Everyone moves at their own pace. Great environment, laid back and friendly. If you are even thinking about trying Kung Fu, Kick Boxing or Taichi or are looking for a new home in the area you have to check out Mt Song. Awesome.
