The staff here is awesome, great people to chat with. Food is awesome. The atmosphere makes you want to stay an enjoy the moment there with all the laughing an chatting going on. Great to watch the football games there to. Thank you to the staff there always makes you feel like family. I will be back. I've had the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries several times now. The drive-thru is easy when in a hurry. You can't go wrong with the Cheese Coneys and they have the best hot sauce. The loaded garlic Parmesan fries are a must to try, we liked the garlic aioli sauce to the side for dipping. They have done a update and its looking good. Friendly as always and the food was great. They have the best Cheese Coney, we got the 10 pack with the chili on the side. Awesome as always.
Heard a lot about the new burger. It is ok. It's a burger the thing that makes it interesting is the sauce that is put on it. The fries were not cooked all the way. Staff was super friendly and inviting. Staff will be my reason to go back and give it another chance.Food: 2/5
My husband and I stopped by your aicholtz re location tonight to pick up a ten pack of coneys for dinner. We ordered via drive thru then sat in line for more than twenty minutes waiting on the single car in front of us. When we called the restaurant to ask what was taking so long we were told there were “technical difficulties” and then hung up on. When we finally reached the window we asked if we could get some kind of accommodation or discount. The worker at the window didn’t even acknowledge the question. I understand things happen but the we should have been told at the point of order that there may be a long wait time. Instead we weee let in the dark to wait. This is terrible customer service and I would appreciate it if someone could contact me about a refund, as I feel that is the fair thing give. Your employees total inability to handle the issues they were having in a professional or even competent manner. Thank you
Placed an order via DoorDash. When I received my order the bag was sealed as it should be. I opened my bag & realized I am missing 2 cheese coney’s no mustard, no onion. I called the restaurant in mt Carmel & a rude man answered the phone stating his manager was gone at the moment. I was on hold for 10 minutes before said manager Stephanie got on the phone. Seemed nice at first then told me it was a DoorDash issue even though it was the restaurant who messed up. I offered to even come get the two coneys I was missing even though I’m at work right now. She said no & got extremely rude saying that it was once again not her issue. Told me that I “get absolutely nothing” from her & that she “owes me nothing”. She told me she was going to call DoorDash herself in regards to my order bc I told her that they did not credit me due to it being a restaurant error. ALSO should mention that Stephanie did hang up on me not once but TWICE!
The staff was very helpful and pleasant the only reason I gave the food before was cuz I got a burger which was good but the bun itself was not very goodFood: 4/5
The worst gold star in the area. The manger is rude and refuses to give refunds for inedible food. When I did finally get her to give me the refund back on my card a week later I realized she took the money back in cash and kept it. Also no matter how many times I order the vegetarian chili I only get it half the time. The staff doesn’t listen or just doesn’t care. Overall not worth the time or the money. Go anywhere else. The picture below is how the food looks 90% of the time and If you take it back and ask for it to be remade they call you a liar.
Very friendly staff, quick to ask for order and get food to your table. The atmosphere is nice, the restaurant was kept clean. The kitchen is open to view, with an option to eat at the bar. Restaurant has a drive thru option.
